Joyce Turgo has been an art enthusiast ever since she was a kid.
Talented that
she is, Joyce was accepted in the College of Fine Arts and Design at the University
of Santo Tomas where she finished her degree in Advertising Arts. In college, Joyce developed her talent for make-up designing that’s why after she graduated in college, she thought of honing her talent at the Make-Up Design Academy wherein she got certified as a Hair and Make-Up Artist last year. Currently, she is one of the Guest Make-Up Artist for Bobbi Brown Philippines.
Aside from beautifying people, Joyce is also a Graphic Designer, Painter,
