They're my last two clients last Sunday just for the hair. After finishing my morning gig in Cubao for a pre-nuptial photoshoot, I headed to Shangrila mall to take my lunch, visit my MUA friends in Rustan's and waited until 4pm for this shoot in Mandaluyong. Traffic's everywhere since next day would be the first day of school for this year. The mall's parking area was already full when I got there due to last-minute buying of school supplies and stuff for student's who haven't done any shopping yet. I paid 45 pesos for the flat rate parking fee but I ended up parking my car illegally on the roof deck of Shang's parking area, but the cars behind me did the same thing as well haha! At least hindi lang ako ang pasaway :-P

Too bad! I wasn't able to ride this cute tiny airplane. But knowing the bride is satisfied by my makeup and seeing the groom happily conquering his phobia with the heights is already a great experience for me.

April's Entourage
I started to work on their hair at 3am because the wedding has to start at 8am then I need to travel down south in Tagaytay for my second hair gig. Kapagod!
Gren's Wedding
Since her original hairstylist cannot make it anymore, I was asked to do her hair. It was really an impromptu style and it took me less than an hour to finish her hair, I was running out of time and the bride had to eat her lunch then leave the hotel in order not to get late to her wedding ceremony -- it was a success though.

I never thought that I'll be working with this type of hair. I didn't really had a problem straightening her hair, the only thing that took me so long when I was already doing the curls because her hair isn't really following -- well, it was such a nice experience though. Next time I know what to do and to use in case I'll be having this kind of client again. :-)

Hair and make-up for the Maid of Honor. They just found me through Sulit.com.ph and was asked to do her hair and make-up the next day, good thing I was available. However, on my way to the venue in Valenzuela, traffic was really terrible like it took me more than an hour just to get to the third block which was only 500 meters away. Sayang sa gas! :-P

Hair and Make-up for the Bridesmaid. Originally, she has a bob haircut so we managed to put on hair extensions to lengthen her hair -- it was really nice though.

Bridal Make-up
As a part of my finals we need to do a Romantic Bridal make-up look. Colors used must be in the family of pink, plums and a bit of red for the lips.
Glamour Make-up
I was thinking of something different this time because everytime I see a glamor make-up eyeshadows are always dark, lips are red and cheeks are really tinted with pink hue. With my model's pretty face, I decided to make everything gold. Well, it came out really nice and complemented with her eyes and skin tone. Color of the eyeshadow and cheeks were not that strong, it simply softens her facial look.
Avant Garde Make-up
This is our third look, the wildcard portion wherein the make-up must be inspired with mother nature. What I prepared was a pollution look since a lot of my classmates will do the usual colors and mood of nature -- and it happened :-P

She's the one who baptized some of my new hair products after we got home from Glorietta. She asked me to do her hair and make-up (smoky eyes and messy hair) for their Scandinavian party that night. This look is a trend in Europe, I'm quite adjusting to her messy hair since I've never seen any Filipino who's doing this kind of hairstyle -- a disheveled hairstyle when you woke up in the morning lol.
